This herb oil marinade uses domestic herbs that are rarely distributed in Japan. It features valuable herbs sourced from Nakamura Farm in Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture, seaweed salt rich in umami and minerals, and Italian olive oil, all of which gently enhance the natural sweetness and flavor of the fish. Simply defrost and use it immediately as a topping for tomato and mozzarella Caprese, macaroni salad, or as a Western-style twist on chilled tofu. With every bite, you'll enjoy the plump texture and delicate sweetness of the fish, further highlighted by the refreshing aroma of the herbs. The richness of olive oil envelops the taste of the fish, while the seaweed salt rounds out the flavor beautifully. The product utilizes domestically caught, underutilized fish that are usually tasted only by fishermen. These "regrettable fish," not available in the market due to size or catch volume, are carefully processed by hand on the day of landing and instantly frozen at -30°C to preserve freshness.
