Brand Story

This Japanese-style carpaccio features a gentle soy sauce flavor beautifully balanced with the refreshing acidity of organic ponzu. After numerous trials, this seasoning was perfected to be universally appealing and comforting. The rich flavors of organic yuzu, yuko, and sudachi subtly enhance the natural sweetness and umami of the fish. Just thaw and it's ready to use, making it easy to create an authentic Japanese-style carpaccio with condiments like shiso or myoga, or a yukhoe-style dish. Pair it with other seafood like octopus for a luxurious seafood carpaccio. As the citrus aroma lightly fills the nose, the fresh sweetness of the fish spreads across the palate, leaving a pleasant depth of soy sauce in the aftertaste. The fish used is domestically sourced, often unseen outside fishing towns, and typically not sold due to size or catch quantity—it's the "too good to waste" fish. Processed manually the day it's landed and flash-frozen at -30℃ to lock in freshness instantly. Only additive-free seasonings selected for their origins are used, ensuring safety and security. Fishlle has utilized over 50 fish species and more than 307 tons cumulatively of underutilized fish.
